When you buy anything from a traditional retailer, the company you buy from has a lot of overhead: Big stores or fancy showrooms that are open to the public and the cost of heating, lighting and maintaining these facilities. Plus, 800 lines, sales people and sales commissions, etc., etc. This list goes on and on, but take a wild guess at who pays all these costs? The customers!  Want more for your money? Cut the costs!

Here's how we do it: We don't have sales people on commission, available at all hours, who try to talk you into buying whatever makes them the most money. We have Engineers and Technicians who will give you honest answers and recommendations to guide you. We answer email all the time, but since nothing can ship over the weekends, our phones are only answered Monday through Friday.

In electronics, it's not just the model number, but which board revision, which version of the remote and other little things the public isn't supposed to know. Our Engineering team knows the difference and we only ship the latest versions and we never recommend any product that we don't believe in enough to offer to our own families.

Being in business for over 36 years has it's advantages. We have a lot of buying power and strategically placed distribution warehouses that drop ship from the location nearest to you. This means you receive your order within a few days and no sales tax outside of California.

We don't have a toll free number because it would add to the cost of everything we offer. We answer questions by email which is free to everyone.

Our order form is not a commitment. If you aren't sure what to order, just enter your name, address, email address, etc., and what you think you would like to order. Then ask for recommendations in the comments section. One of our engineers will look over your selection and get back to you with suggestions. Don't be surprised if we tell you that you don't need to buy certain items or suggest items that you hadn't thought about.

We accept credit cards, but for your protection, we don't take credit card numbers on the Internet. When you're ready to finalize the order just call us at the number above with your credit card number. This call normally takes less than two minutes and costs you next to nothing. You can use any major credit card, except Americal Express.

The Internet is a wonderful new way to save money on almost anything and the majority of companies are honest. Unfortunately, some are not honest. A Web Site that makes the company look as big as General Motors, could take your money and be gone with the click of a button.

Some dealers sell refurbished systems as new and misrepresent the new promotions. This is a very competitive business and the prices only vary a few dollars between one honest dealer and another. If a price is too low, there a reason - watch out for the gimmicks. Be wary of companies you never heard of, who haven't been in business for at least 10 years and have nothing more than a PO Box as an address.
