*Equipment provided under the DHP leasing program is the property of Echostar Communications Corporation. Subscribers will be charged a monthly fee of five (5) dollars per receiver for the term of the lease (subject to change at the discretion of Echostar). The subscriber is responsible for applicable sales tax on the lease of the DHP equipment (except in NJ, IL, and ME). Receiver rental fees and programming, if applicable, are taxed separately. Hardware and programming sold separately. Requirements: Must be a new, first-time DISH Network residential customer who can qualify with a valid, major credit card. Customers selecting the DHP or Free DISH offer must also provide their Social Security Number and receive a passing credit score from a national credit-scoring bureau. Customer selects 1) a DishPro 301 or DishPVR 501/508 as their primary receiver, 2) desired programming package (AT50,AT50 PLUS, DISH Latino, AT100, DISH Latino Dos, AT150, or DISH Latino Max), and 3) the total number of receivers that they want (maximum of four in DHP and maximum of six in Free DISH). Customer must provide the correct promo code to DISH Network when they call in to schedule their equipment delivery and free standard professional installation. For credit card qualification, the customer must have a valid, major credit card. Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards are not generally accepted. Please note that at the time of credit card validation for the Ticket to Great TV DHP option, $1 is reserved on the customer's credit card by DISH Network for a period of time that ranges from 3 to 30 days. At the time of credit card validation for the Ticket to Great TV Free DISH option, $99 is reserved on the customer's credit card by DISH Network for a period of time that ranges from 3 to 30 days. The average hold period is 3 to 7 days but the actual time frame of the hold depends on the financial institution administering the credit card. Credit Scoring: Under the Ticket to Great TV DHP certificate program, both options (DHP and Free DISH) require the customer to provide their Social Security Number (SSN) to DISH Network when they call in to schedule their equipment delivery and free standard professional installation. A credit score will automatically generate from a national credit scoring bureau. Credit score declined customers will receive a declination letter within 30 days. If a customer purchases a Ticket to Great TV Certificate and does not pass the prescribed credit scoring requirements associated with the DHP option, the certificate can be redeemed for the Free DISH or Free For All promotion. The $49.99 certificate fee that the customer paid the retailer for the Ticket to Great TV Certificate will be applied to the Free DISH or Free For All promotions if that customer requests one of those promotions and qualifies accordingly. If the customer does not pass the prescribed credit scoring requirements associated with the Free DISH promotion, the certificate can be redeemed for the Free For All promotion only. The $49.99 certificate fee that the customer paid the retailer for the Ticket to Great TV Certificate will be applied to the Free For All promotion.
